Grand Sapphire, a Gurgaon based real estate developer, currently executing the only government-approved residential township in Behror. The ongoing industrial boom is directly boosting the real estate in the area. Strategically situated on Delhi-Jaipur NH-8, Neemrana is only 84Km from Gurgaon and Behror is just 15 Km from Neemrana and about 140 km from Jaipur.
There is always a buyer from the two capitals. The property market elsewhere might be facing a slowdown but in Neemrana, the realty graph is always on a high.
The area is climatically good and also a significant tourist spot. Many domestic and foreign tourists travelling between Delhi and Jaipur pass through this highway everyday and whoever passes the place gets attracted to it. Two years from now, Neemrana would have the best of residential development. Besides this, the Rajasthan government is stressing a lot on the development of this city.
The group, said to have the only RIICO approved residential project is constructing Neemrana Hill View Apartments, consisting of premium 2, 3 bedroom luxury apartments. According to the real estate firm, about 70% of the apartments have already been sold out to buyers.
A commercial mall is also being built by the group on over 3 acres. Two other malls are slated to come up in the area, in the next two years.
Apart from this, another residential project is being developed by Ashiana Infrastructure. The Rajashtan Housing Board is also working on a proposal of raising a township on about 500 acres, 1 km from Neemrana, on the way to Delhi.
