Paragon Polycentric knee brace–Premium
It is a mechanical device made of high tech aluminium alloy frame with SS-304 grade Steel and PVC accessories having compatible neoprene cloth pads fitting inside. It has a bilateral (both sides of knee) joint support fully adjustable to unload knee. It is suitable for the patients undergoing initial stage of osteoarthritis and mainly used as an off-loader brace. By sharing load of knee joint, it reduces friction between femur and tibia and provides relief in pain and stops further damage of knee joint.
DESIGN NOVELTY:
1. The Paragon knee brace Premium is designed with a bilateral support having a hinge joint support at both( inner & outer) sides of the knee.
2. It is equipped with skin friendly neoprene cloth pads which provide it perfect fitting.
3. Straps are designed with particular numbers .Sequence of tightening of straps is kept reserved.
4. The special quality of metal and the spring steel plate joints used in design keep the device safe from any deformation during use.
5. In the hinge joints a guide lock is fitted to control the range of motion up to 170 deg.

How to Measure
1. Firstly let the patient sit on a stool /chair then with the help of
measuring tape mark 6 inches above and 6 inches below from the knee
center.
2. Now measure the circumference of both the ends in inches only.
3. Measurement should neither be made in more compressed way nor in released manner.
4. If problem is in both legs, take separate measurement of each
leg. This brace is adjustable up to +1 & -1 inches.
5. Besides this take age, weight & height of the patient.
