Job Description: To plan, organise, coordinate, supervise and control the Maintenance activities at an O&M site. To manage the complete Power Plant Operation function correctly and efficiently as per laid down procedures/ contract. These functions include upkeep of the boilers, turbines and the facilities available in the plant, To plan, allocate and monitor, Boiler operation, Turbine operation, BOP Operation, Condition Monitoring, co-ordinate with the maintenance management, external services, prepare/present MIS reports, within the guidelines of company policies with the objective of ensuring smooth running of power plant and meeting Customer expectations.

Functional Role: Mechanical Engineer
BOE is Mandatory.
Candidate Requirement
Decision making during any emergency operation. Take the responsibilities of HOD (Operation) during his absence.
a) Internal – Power Plant Manager, Head O&M Operations, HOD - Mechanical, HOD - Electrical, HOD - Instrumentation, ACM - BTG, GM - BTG Technical Operations, Contract Manager, Logistics, GM (HR), Manager-Personnel (O&M), Heads of other BTG sites.
b) External – Customer, Vendors, contractors, external service provider, prospective customers / visitors in the plant.

i) MS Office (Excel / Word / Power Point etc)

iii) In house function modules
d) Knowledge about Emergency Prepardness and Response to Emergencies..
Experience: 14 - 16 years
